About the Photographer

Gary Edwards has been making photographs since he received his first camera, a Minolta rangefinder, as a high school graduation gift. He photographs subjects ranging from people to landscapes, and to aircraft, missile, and military operations.  He works in 35 mm, medium, and large formats, as well as digital. His client list includes Lockheed Martin, the US Army, the US Missile Defense Agency, Soaring Magazine, and Air & Space - Smithsonian Magazine.

Gary combines his photography with a full time career as an aerospace engineer and flight test manager.  A native Texan, he is a licensed professional engineer in that state, a pilot, and a successful political consultant.

He lives with his wife Judith near Fort Worth.
